Alissa has been with her family at American Alarm Systems for over 30 years, she has worked her way around the company, starting in their Central Station, monitoring the alarm signals and dispatching the police or fire department on active alarms. She has also worked in Customer Service, Accounting and in the Sales Department. She enjoys being able to provide security and fire protection for businesses and homes, and always wants to remind you that monitored smoke detectors save lives!
